Amazon sends invoices to the invoice delivery email provided during setup. If you return an item, a credit memo will be sent to the same email address once the items are returned. If you have selected to receive one invoice per purchase, you will receive your invoice after all items have been shipped.

Does Amazon send physical invoice?

Amazon orders don't usually come with physical invoices. However, customers are sent an invoice through email shortly after an order is placed and their payment has been processed.

Does Amazon include a packing slip?

We don't require packing slips from single-box deliveries. This reduces your packaging waste. If you need an order receipt, you can print one from Your Account.
