Mouflons are native to Corsica, Sardinia and Cyprus. All other populations have been introduced for hunting reasons. They adapted well to the new habitats, though, and can be found in different countries in Europe now. Austria: Mouflons are introduced to Austria and now live in the wild in some colonies.
