Do Warm Blooded Animals Need Cold?

Warm-blooded animals, which are mostly birds and mammals, need to maintain a relatively constant body temperature or they would suffer dire consequences. It doesn't matter what the outside temperature is—they must maintain the same internal temperature.

Do cold blooded animals need cold?

To survive, no matter the weather outside, they all need temperature-sensitive bodily reactions to work. This is easy for warm-blooded animals, such as humans, because they have the ability to maintain their body temperature. But cold-blooded animals can't do that.

Do hot blooded animals feel cold?

Do "cold blooded" animals feel hot and cold like humans and other mammals do? I believe they do. As I understand it, ectotherms (i.e. organisms whose internal body temperature isn't really a result of internal organs) have to rely on external sources of heat to keep their internal body temperatures at optimal levels.
