The reasons why your wireless mouse might not be working is because it has a low battery, it isn’t connected to the right port, the USB drivers are not properly installed, or the surface on which you are using the mouse is not optimized for the mouse.
Go into the Device Manager, choose the Mouse device, on Driver tab see if Roll back is available and try that first. If not then try Uninstall, restart PC using keyboard to Ctrl Alt Del, on blue screen tab to Power Icon in bottom right, press Enter, arrow down to Restart, press Enter to restart to reinstall the driver.

How to Reset a Logitech Wireless Mouse
