Do Cylindrical Snake Plants Flower?

Flowering and Fragrance
Sansevieria cylindrica is characterized by a fan-shape that has stiff, dark cylindrical green leaves. Snake plant flower spikes appear on older plants from the leaf base. These flower spikes grow clusters of green-white blooms that have a tubular shape and can be tinted with some shades of pink.

Do snake plants bloom flowers?

Most people don't realize this rugged, ubiquitous houseplant (Sansevieria trifasciata) can sometimes flower. This is a rare occasion and will never happen more often than once annually, usually in the springtime, and usually only with plants living outdoors year-round.

Is it bad if a snake plant flowers?

Blooming in a snake plant is rare but it can happen any day when you wake up and suddenly you see it has flower stalks. Your plant might have mildly stressed and produced the flower and don't worry it won't hurt your whole plant or its growth.
