Store 511 Impregnatorin the original container, properly sealed to avoid contamina- tion and solvent evaporation. Stored at 770 F (400 C), 511 Impregnatorwill have a shelf life of 12 months.

How long does impregnator sealer last?

The product's longevity will vary depending on the surface texture, type of stone, tile or grout, where it is located what type of wear is the surface exposed to, etc. Typically we recommend re-application on flooring every 1-3 years for commercial flooring and every 3-10 years for residential flooring.

Does sealer expire?

Acrylic- and latex-based sealer are both water-based. Similar to paint in its consistency and shelf life, if stored in a cool, dry place, it should last approximately five years.
