Archangel Azrael and the Life Review
One of the functions of Archangel Azrael is to initiate the spontaneous life-review process that all humans experience at the time of death.
Though this is a process that is directly connected to our passing, the fact is that the life review can be experienced before we die, with Archangel Azrael’s help.
The life review is often thought of as your life simply passing before your eyes at the time of death.
But there is much more to it than that. Before your birth in form, your soul set out specific goals that you wanted to accomplish in this existence.
This is called your Sacred Contract, and it is recorded in the Akashic Records.
Archangel Azrael carries your soul to the foot of the divine and you go through a timeless process in which the existence that you just left is reviewed, not in a critical or judgmental way, but with the eyes of divine, unconditional love.
In this way all of the questions from your previous existence are answered and you begin the process of deciding upon the conditions and challenges of your next birth.
