Kelly Saberi Biography and Wiki

An American native, Kelly Saberi is a journalist who is known for working for FOX 7 team as a reporter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami.

Kelly began working for FOX 7 in October of 2021. She came from Topeka, Kansas, where she worked for KSNT News. She covered Kansas politics, rising crime in the capital city, and, of course, the Kansas City Chiefs throughout her three years as a reporter.

Saberi also served as an anchor and producer, writing, producing, and editing entire weekend broadcasts. She made it a mission to work in Austin after that, and she is thrilled to be a part of the FOX 7 Austin team.

She was raised outside of New York City and is a native of the Empire State. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. Kelly worked as a reporter and executive producer for UMTV’s flagship live show Newsvision, where she investigated topics like airboat regulations in the Everglades, which killed a student from her graduating class, and covered tragedies like the 2018 bridge collapse near Florida International University’s campus.

In a program called The Saberi Special, she also interviewed restaurateurs from all across Miami. She is open to suggestions for restaurants in the city and surrounding areas.
