James V. (Jim) Continenza is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Eastman Kodak Company. He was appointed to that position by the Board of Directors on February 20, 2019. Continenza joined the Board of Directors of Kodak in April 2013 and became Chairman of the Board in September 2013. Mr. Continenza brings a proven track record of guiding leading technology companies through transformations. Since September 2012, Mr. Continenza has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vivial, Inc., a privately-held marketing technology and communications company.
