Tom Purvis biography

Tom Purvis serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is a partner in a number of real estate development entities and is a partner in L2L Development Advisors, LLC. His career has spanned over 35 years in real estate and related services. Mr. Purvis previously served as a director of First Texas BHC, Inc., which was acquired by the Company in 2017. Mr. Purvis currently serves as a director of the Fort Worth Zoo, Fort Worth Streams and Valleys, and Fort Worth Tax Increment Financing District. He attended the Business College at the University of Texas and Texas Christian University, where he received a B.B.A. degree in 1982. The Board believes that Mr. Purvis’s experience in real estate development and financing provides needed skills for analyzing the real estate industry and setting policies involving the allocation of credit and lending priorities within the Texas and other geographic markets of the Company.
