Mr. Campana previously served on the Boards of Directors of LNB Bancorp, Inc. and Lorain National Bank, and became a director of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. and Northwest Bank upon the acquisition of LNB Bancorp, Inc. and Lorain National Bank in 2015.
