Charles E. Phillips Jr. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Phillips is Chairman of Infor, Inc., a multi-billion dollar enterprise software company and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to 2019. Mr. Phillips served on the board of Viacom from January 2006 to December 2019 and, prior to that, on the board of Former Viacom beginning in 2004. He was a President of Oracle Corporation from 2003 to 2010 and served as a member of its Board of Directors and Executive Management Committee from 2004 to 2010. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Phillips was a managing director at Morgan Stanley in the Technology Group and served on its Board of Directors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Apollo Theater, Business Executives for National Security and the New York Police Foundation.
