Christopher D. O'Leary serves as Independent Director of the Company. Former Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 2019 through April 6, 2020. Mr. O’Leary currently serves as Partner, Twin Ridge Capital Management, a private investment firm, a position he has held since September 2018. Mr. O’Leary is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, International for General Mills, Inc., a publicly-traded food company, a position he held from 2006 to 2016 after serving in various positions of increasing responsibility since 1997. He previously spent 16 years at PepsiCo, Inc., a publicly-traded multinational food and beverage corporation, where he held numerous roles, culminating in Chief Executive Officer and President of Hostess, Frito-Lay, Inc. He has extensive executive experience with public companies with highly-respected global brands, and brings more than 38 years of consumer products industry experience, in addition to having served on boards of other public companies.
