Jeff Barlow biography

Jeff D. Barlow J.D., MPH serves as Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary of the Company. Prior to that, Mr. Barlow had served as vice-president, assistant corporate secretary, and associate general counsel of Molina Healthcare since 2004. As chief legal officer, Mr. Barlow is responsible for setting the overall legal strategy for the Company and its subsidiaries, and for providing legal counsel to senior management and the Board of Directors. Mr. Barlow has over 30 years of legal experience, including counseling clients regarding federal securities laws, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Mr. Barlow graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987 with a minor in Latin. Additionally, Mr. Barlow received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1990, and his Master of Public Health degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995.
