Melody Birmingham-Byrd serves as Independent Director of the Company. She is Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, Duke Energy (electric distribution); prior thereto, President, Duke Energy Indiana (electric utility) and Senior Vice President, Midwest Delivery Operations, Duke Energy (electric distribution). 25 years of leadership and managerial experience in the electric and automotive manufacturing industries.
