What is your favorite gamescript build and why?

squirrelpatrol: We end the calendar year with a divisional matchup in Minnesota that I think should see some offense on both sides, but I see Minnesota pulling out a close game. I’ll aim to be over the field on their relatively unknown QB and their pass catchers.

headChopper: I tried playing around with onslaught lineups for both teams, but I don’t like the look of them. I have a hard time seeing either team running away with this game. For that reason, I prefer the game script where we have a competitive game throughout. I will have mostly balanced builds (in terms of players from each team) for this slate.

kmurray03: I think that Green Bay gets out to an early lead and that the Vikings are going to have to play catch up, at least for the first half of the game. I think that Green Bay is overall a stronger team, but is so explosive that he can neutralize his team being the inferior of the two. In the end, this game will finish within one possession.

Bobby Gomes: I expect both of these teams to keep the game close, as they’re both fighting for playoff position. I’ll focus on , , and the Vikings passing offense, while mixing-and-matching different Packers receivers and RBs.

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

squirrelpatrol: I’ll play the largest-field tournaments and aim to be over the field on the Minnesota passing game with good lineup construction.

headChopper: I’m a fan of single-entry and small-field tournaments. I don’t have a ton of strong takes in this game other than I want to be overweight on at MVP and CPT. The Vikings are without , is playing through injuries, and the Packers are without Jaire Alexander.

kmurray03: Small-Field Singe Entry – Since I play in smaller-field GPPs, I don’t have to get as different to still have a strong result. I will look to to be my CPT/MVP and see what value pieces I can get to. If the lineup is too high in ownership, even for smaller-field tournaments, I will look to as my contrarian pivot at CPT/MVP. I also have interest in as CPT on DK.

Bobby Gomes: 3-Entry Max – is too cheap on both sites, which makes it really easy to pair him with and get a nice cheap stack option alongside him with . It’s tough to know who will perform well for the Packers, but it’s much more concentrated on the Vikings side. I’ll be overweight on Hall, Jefferson, , and Mundt, while using different combinations of , , and with them.

squirrelpatrol: LineupHQ > Groups > New Group > Players to use: 2-3 > Conditional Player = CPT/MVP > Minnesota WRs and TEs as players in the group

kmurray03: LineupHQ > Player Pool > > Put Mn% to more than 75%

Bobby Gomes: LineupHQ > Groups > New Group > Use 1-1 Player in Every Lineup > , CPT/MVP

What is your hottest take for this game?

squirrelpatrol: gets 50 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown.

headChopper: We get spoiled with an overtime game, and catches the winning touchdown.

kmurray03: scores 2 TDs and goes for 160 all-purpose yards.

Bobby Gomes: throws 3 TD passes (2 to ) and is the optimal CPT/MVP.
