She was born on 19th June 1993 in Denver, Colorado, the US to her late mother Beth Smith, and her father Keith Alan Barmore. Two years before her birth, her parents walked down the aisle as husband and wife. Sadly, the marriage didn’t last as it ends in divorce right after she was born.

Many years after the divorce, her mother relocated to Honolulu from Colorado. And it is from there that she went to marry Duane Chapman in 2006. After the marriage, he adopts Cecily as his daughter, which is why she bears his surname.

She spent her remaining childhood days with her half-siblings from her mother’s previous marriages. They are; Bonnie Chapman, Garry Chapman, and Dominic Davis.

Cecily Chapman Was Arrested For Domestic Violence

She was allegedly arrested for domestic violence after punching her ex-fiance. And even went as far as bitting him in a dangerous physical fight. According to sources, Hawaii police were informed about the incident before midnight on 31st July 2021.

On reaching the scene, the alleged victim, Matty Smith, made claims about her punching him in the face. According to him, the duo has been drinking before Cecily became “verbally and physically abusive”.

He tells the police how she punches him on both sides of his face and bit his upper back. This leaves him with bruises and swellings. Officials went on to state that she is accused of abusing him before, however, this is the first time, he calls the police.

The police arrest her for misdemeanor abuse of a household member.
