Foreword

As soon as the game begins, you will be in command of Michael, with whom you will learn the first controls. Your first objective is to go to the guard and tie him up. It’s as easy as walking through the door right in front of you. They will immediately ask you to take the hostages to the warehouse. Aim at them with the left trigger and, one by one, they will pass towards the bottom. Now take out your mobile with the button indicated on the screen, enter contacts and select Detonate.

Go through the double doors and follow the hallway indicated on the map until you find the vault. Go inside and go to the upper right corner, where the loot is. Once you have collected the money, leave the room and you will run into a guard. It’s time to switch characters – follow the on-screen instructions to move on to Trevor (the one on the right on the dial).

Aim the guard at the head and shoot. If necessary, use the zoom as indicated in the tutorial. It would be nice if you killed him with one shot. Then run following your teammates until the game explains how to take cover. Get behind the box and wait for the explosives to make their way. Go through the door and you will open the blind automatically. There are a lot of cops waiting for you out there, so quickly take cover and start shooting.

When you are done with the first wave, your companions will move forward. Follow them and go back to cover to be killing the cops on the road. You can alternate between the two playable characters to find the best strategy. Go from car to car until you reach the main road, where you can get into the vehicle marked as a blue dot on the map.

Once inside the car there will be a last chase, in which the driver takes the palm. Now you will be the one to get behind the wheel. Pay attention to the instructions that are given to you in the upper left corner to learn how to drive vehicles. Your route is marked on the map with a yellow line, so there is no loss. Turn right when you get to the cut off point and continue until you see the scene with the train.

Trevor is left alone against the new wave of cops. You have two options: take care of yourself to liquidate them all or go to the right to make way for a video in which you leave by legs. Yourself.

Franklin and Lamar Franklin

Following the introduction to Michael’s new life, you will meet the third protagonist: Franklin. He advances to the end of the alley and gets into one of the two impounded luxury cars. He follows Lamar down the highway, paying attention so he doesn’t leave you behind, without crashing or running over anyone. Finally, you will arrive at the Union Depository car park. The police will arrive and you will have to rush out.

It’s time to wander down alleys to mislead the cops and lower the search level. When the stars in the upper right corner blink it means that they are already losing their trail. Hold on a little longer without getting into the field of vision of any police car (you will see them marked on the minimap) until the stars disappear. Time to go back to the dealership, which will be marked with a yellow dot at the end of the route.

After the video scene where you will meet Simeon, who is the one who will give you missions for Franklin later on, exit the dealership and get in your car, marked as a blue dot on the map. Wait for Lamar to get on as copilot, then drive to the new destination marked on the minimap: Franklin’s house.

Park your car in the garage and watch the next video scene, in which Lamar goes off to do an errand, instantly unlocking the barbershops on the map, and Franklin enters his house. Here you can save progress by sleeping in bed and changing clothes in the closet.

You will soon receive a call from Simeon on your mobile. He responds to unlock new missions. Once you go outside the house, you will see that there are several available destinations marked on the map. The most interesting one right now is the Ammu-Nation Gun Shop with Shooting Range, which is right next to Simeon’s dealership (marked as a green S). Mark it with the purple destination button so that the GPS indicates the most direct route there.

Once inside, press the button indicated in front of the shooting gallery door to pay the fee and watch the tutorial. Train for a while, as it will be useful for the next mission.
