A 65-year-old man named Kevin Monahan, from Patterson Hill Road, was charged with second-degree murder and taken into custody in regard to the Hebron shooting that killed Kaylin Gillis of Schuylerville.
Kevin was taken into custody by Warren County after the Washington County Jailed immediately released him. The information about the change in custody was not made public at the time of writing.
According to the reports, the police were dispatched to Monahan’s residence by the companions of the victim. More details should be available soon as further developments in the case take place.
