Carter Gerdes Obituary, Death Cause – We really lament to inform you of the quiet departure of our great friend and loved one, Carter Gerdes, who left this world at 4:23 a.m. in a moment that has touched the hearts of many. In the last chapter of his life, Carter made the tough choice to accept hospice care following a strong and brave battle with cancer. Carter was more than just a name; he represented tenacity, willpower, and an unwavering spirit that never gave up. Throughout his struggle, his resolute fortitude and everlasting hope inspired everyone who knew him.

We celebrate his life as well as grieve his loss. We are going to get together this winter for a joyous celebration of our memories with Carter, along with a memorial ride. The money donated from the raffle so far has been very helpful in paying for Carter’s daily expenses throughout his illness, and the money left over will be used to make sure the ride and celebration of life are worthy tributes to the incredible person that Carter was.
