What level does Swablu evolve at?
Swablu (Japanese: チルット Tyltto) is a dual-type Normal/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It evolves into Altaria starting at level 35.
Why is Swablu 400 candies to evolve?
This means a lot of walking and a lot of catching in order to obtain the evolved form. The best method to obtain Candy is to catch as many Swablu as possible, using Pinap Berries or Silver Pinap Berries to increase the amount of Candy rewarded. Using it as the Buddy Pokemon will gather a Candy every 1 KM walked.
