The main side effect of Trulance is diarrhea. Other than diarrhea, Linzess can cause other common side effects such as bloating, flatulence, and abdominal pain. In rare cases, Trulance and Linzess can cause severe diarrhea. In these cases, your doctor will recommend the immediate discontinuation of the medicine.
Can I take 2 LINZESS a day?
To take LINZESS once daily on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to the first meal of the day [see DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION]. If a dose is missed, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time.
