Is Krnl from WeAreDevs a virus?

Ok so, I went on finding exploits on WeAreDevs, I couldn’t find a good exploit, someone told me, KRNL is the best free exploit, so I decided to download WRD KRNL, I executed the exploit, ROBLOX and my computer was lagging, restarted my computer.
