Is Jaqen a pate?

However, when Pate introduces himself to Samwell Tarly in the final chapter of A Feast For Crows, he introduces himself as “Pate, like the pig boy”. As Jaqen H’ghar has demonstrated that he can change the appearance of his face at will, he should thus easily be able to copy Pate’s physical appearance.

Who is the alchemist in Feast for Crows?

The alchemist is a young man with a hooked nose and thick, black, curly hair. He has the shadow of a beard and there is a faint scar on his right cheek. This is an identical description to the appearance assumed by the Faceless Man assassin known to Arya Stark as Jaqen H’ghar during the fall of Harrenhal.
