I really liked Craig Ferguson -- a whole lot more than James Corden in tv hosting spot. Ferguson had so much charm, while Corden tries too hard.

Ferguson is also very quick witted. (And sort of handsome)

I remember how damn hot he was in this movie (can't remember the name). And who can forget back during that awful hurricane in NOLA when he rescued that poor old man who had no clothes and Harry took the T shirt off his own back, put it on the frail old man, picked him up in his arms and carried him to a boat.

I think we would all prefer to forget that unfortunate film, R15, handsome Harry or not. An embarrassing misfire, especially for the lead actress. Forgot who.

He was perfection as Justin Matisse in "Hope Floats".

One of my favorite snarky lines from "The Office" was when oscar came out of the closet and reacted badly to it. Someone pointed out that she watched "Will& Grace" every week, and then they cut to her explaining to the camera she only does so "because I'm a big fan of Harry Connick, Jr.'s acting."

He did this weird thing when he became famous of speaking like Frank Sinatra in his Rat Pack years. For example, he was asked for an interview after "Little Man Tate" about his bare butt in the film, and he said he would never do nudity in a film again: "It ain't got no class, doing that." That sounded so cheesy.

Besides his hair, he also seems to have lost his jaw line.

I saw him at the Bowl in September and he has a lot of charm and old school star presence. He reminded me of Hugh Jackman. It’s rare that a male performer can appeal to both women and men. In a different era he would have had a better career.

Remember that Broadway revival of ON A CLEAR DAY where he plays the pschio who falls for a gay man. He seemed really uncomfortable.

Everything about that revival was uncomfortable. Shockingly bad.

His talk show was a piece of shit, good riddance.

He also did the revival of "The Pajama Game."

There's really no excuse for that. You can tell that if he got himself a trainer and a bit of self-discipline he could look good again. He certainly has the money to pay someone to kick his ass back into shape. Just giving up like that is sad.

R42 - Harry had the early Fleming/Mayer 'flap' procedure done. The hairline was softened thereafter with more modern transplanted micrografts. The photo below is before the micrografts were added. His is one of the better outcomes of that antiquated and risky procedure. (Trump apparently also had the flap procedure/scalp reduction done...but we know how well that turned out!)
