Hilary Devey CBE, a multimillionaire businesswoman, passed away on Saturday, June 11, after a protracted illness.
Her spokeswoman announced that the former Dragon's Den, Loose Women, and Secret Millionaire star died in Morocco.
Devey started Pall-Ex, a multimillion-pound freight distribution company, in the 1990s. She died at the age of 65 after a protracted health fight.
With her network being only the third of its sort in the UK, she was a pioneer in the palletized products delivery industry. Later in her career, she appeared on the Loose Women panel and starred in popular business-themed TV programs such as The Secret Millionaire, Dragons Den, and The Intern.

Devey worked with a number of nonprofits, including Carers Trust, where she served as vice-president in 2012. Through her 'Penny a Pallet' campaign, she gave one penny for each pallet delivered by the Pall-Ex network to charity. The businesswoman was also a patron of the Stroke Association, which she joined in 2010.
