Harry Tressler from Holby City suffered severe injuries in his face following a fall from a suspended window cleaner's cradle. While treating a sickle cell anemia patient, he got lost in thoughts regarding the difficulties with Mary-Claire.

Elijah, the patient's lover, climbed upon the cradle to protest how Harry treated him. As a result, Harry climbed out into the cradle to help Elijah as he fell. But unfortunately, the cradle came loose from the structure after one of the wires holding it up cracked.

Tressler was left clutching the cradle's side. Raf arrived at the incident site first. He found Tressler unconscious and had a weak pulse. He took him to the operating room, where he passed out due to injuries. The collision left a scar on Harry's face.

The injury on the face broke him down as he used to feel proud of his looks and highly dependent on it. He was famous for his good looks in the hospital. 

However, when Raf explained his plans to use cutting-edge technology to repair fractured facial bones, he refused. And, Evie encouraged him to conquer his fears.

After proposing to Mary-Claire, Harry left Holby with her. They struggled to be honest with one other as Mary prepared to depart for a career in the United States. 

Harry realizes he can't allow Mary-Claire to get away from him, but he's baffled. In terms of his facial injuries, he has no idea what the future holds.

Jules Knight played the role of Harry Tressler in Holby City till 2015. However, he had left the show for more than six years now. He departed from the show to pursue his music career. 

He used to be a part of the harmony group Blake. But, He quit the band in January 2013 to join Holby. And then, in 2015, he decided to go back to his music career. 

During an interview, he said that he would miss the show, but he had missed being a singer and a member of Blake. Thus, he wanted to take the risk and go on again with what he had loved.
