Dragon Bond Definition

Dragon Bond Definition

Dragon Bonds: An ill-conceived exercise in one-up-manship that resulted in a failed attempt to challenge the market domination of Gorilla Glue (apparently, the dragons from Game of Thrones weren’t available to serve as company mascots and the Gorilla beat the crap out of Puff at the pre-match weigh in).

But it could also mean a long-term debt security issued in Asia and denominated in Japanese yen, or a non-Asian, low-risk currency, such as the U.S. dollar. These bonds are often issued by Asian companies and banks who want to entice foreign investors to buy their debt by offering it in that foreign country's currency.

But we like the GoT definition way better.
