Giacomo Sumner is the son of English musician and actor, Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner known as Sting, and English actress and film producer, Trudie Styler. Giacomo’s parents are both well-known. Giacomo Sumner’s paternal grandparents are Audrey (née Cowell), a hairdresser, and Ernest Matthew Sumner, a milkman, and engineer. Giacomo went by the nickname Jack as a child.
