Lonnie Chavis is a child actor best known for playing the role of Young Randall in the NBC hit series . He has also appeared in The CW series , Showtime series and Disney movie .

Early Life, Family & Career

Lonnie Chavis was born on November 23, 2007, in Southern California, the United States of America, to parents Lonnie Chavis Sr. and Najah Chavis.

He was raised along with his two younger brothers. Chavis is of American nationality and belongs to mixed ethnicity. His birth sign is Sagittarius. 

He had an interest in acting since the early age of four; he pointed to the television and told his mother that he wanted to go "there".

When he turned six, his mom started submitting him for commercial and modeling opportunities and it was then that he was discovered by a theatrical agent. His passion for acting flourished as soon as he started auditioning for movies and television.

Three years later, he got the role of Young Randall in the NBC hit series This Is Us where he portrayed the younger version of the Emmy Award winner, Sterling K. Brown.

In the series, Chavis plays the role of the son of the characters Jack Pearson (played by Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (played by Mandy Moore).

In September 2016, he shot a pilot for the Showtime series executive produced by Jamie Foxx.

He was then cast for the role of Young Cameron in the Disney feature film, , alongside  Adam Devine and Jeffrey Tambor in 2018.

Personal Life

Moving towards the personal life of Lonnie Chavis, the child actor, being very young, has not been involved in a relationship. Of course, he doesn't have a girlfriend.

He is currently single and only focusing on his professional career in order to become an actor like Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.
