Erica Grow is an American meteorologist and a television reporter, who is best known for her work with KMID-TV. She is currently working at WNBC-TV based in New York City.

Erica Grow was born as Erica A. Grow in the year 1980 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States. She was raised by her parents in the Bethlehem area.
