From 1980 to 1989, Billy had a romantic love affair with Perri Lister. Perri Lister is an actress, singer, model, as well as dancer. As a loving couple, they also had a son and they named him Willem Wolf Broad.

Soon after breaking up with Perri Lister, he began dating Linda Mathis. Within a year, they also welcomed a baby girl and they named her Bonnie Blue. He has not been married yet.
