David Duchovny Childhood, Education, & Early Career

David Duchovny was born on August 7, 1960, in an upper-middle-class family as David William Duchovny, in New York City, New York, the United States of America to Margaret "Meg" (née Miller) and Amram "Ami" Duchovny. He is an American and is of Russian, Polish, and Scottish descent.

David gained his primary education from Grace Church School and then he joined The Collegiate School. After his high school graduation, he joined Princeton University and majored in English Literature. He was good at writing from that time on as he was also honored by the Academy of American Poets in 1982.

As he was also interested in acting beside his interest in writing, he appeared in the commercial for Löwenbräu beer in 1987, and then the following year he made his acting debut in the movie, Working Girl.

Marriage and Divorce with wife Téa Leoni

On the 6th of May 1997, David got married to Téa Leoni. Téa Leoni is an actress and producer. In 2008, Daily Mail claimed he had been involved in extramarital affairs but he denied it and claimed that he is dedicated to his wife.

However, on the 14th of June 2014, they finally dissolved their married life.
