After graduation, Samuelsson moved towards the USA and start working at New York’s Aquavit. Sooner he became the executive chef and became the partner. He received a first three-star rating from the New York Times at a young age. In 2003, he opened the New York restaurant and launched “Inner Chef” and later “Urban Cuisine” TV Show. In 2010, he opened Kitchen & Table concept restaurant. Marcus is also an author of numerous books such as , and others.
