Selah Marley was born on November 12, 1999, in the United States, to Lauryn Hill, a singer and Rohan Marley, an entrepreneur. An American-born she holds African ethnicity and shares the zodiac sign Scorpio.
Granddaughter of music icon Bob Marley and Janet Hunt, she has four siblings with whom she spent her early days.
Her parents who met back in 1996, are no longer together but are still close to their children. They were never married but were together for a long time sharing five children. Their relationship ended in 2009, with Marley taking temporary custody of their children while Hill served a three-month prison sentence for tax invasion in 2013.
