Early Life & Family

Chris Nunez was born on April 11, 1973, in Miami Beach, Florida, the United States of America. Names and details about his parents have not been disclosed but he once said that his father was like his friend and he supported him as long as he was alive.

His dad died when Chris was 18 years old. He honored his parents on his first-ever tattoo; he used their names on it. It's unclear if Chris has a sibling or not.

Career

As an intern, Chris Nunez served as a cleaner, running errands, fixing machines, to background work. He learned the fundamentals of tattoos.

The first tattoo he inked was the names of his mom and dad. His craft grew as he honed his artistry skills in various styles and eventually rose to fame through his traditional Japanese Style.

He was one of the cast members of the famous tattoo television show, . In an episode of the Spike TV show, he was tattooed by his mom on his lower left calf. He has currently been one of the judges of the show since January 2012.
