Rory Kinnear Biography

English actor and playwright Rory Kinnear is best known for working with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre. He is also known for winning the Olivier Award for the best actor for his role of Shakespeare's villain Lago in the National theatre.

The actor was born as Rory Michael Kinnear on 17 February 1978, in Hertfordshire, England, the UK with an Aquarius birth sign. He was raised along with his two siblings Karina Kinnear and Kirsty Kinnear.

His father Roy Kinnear was a famous actor known for his roles in films like (1965), (1967), and (1973). Roy has also starred in  (1965) directed by Sidney Lumet, acting alongside Ossie Davis, Neil McCarthy, and more.

His mother Carmel Cryan is also an actress known for appearing in many British TV shows and for portraying Brenda Boyle in the BBC soap opera . 

He was schooled at Tower House School and St Paul's School, London. Later he got his graduation from Balliol College, Oxford and decided to study acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

Rory holds British nationality and belongs to the mixed ethnicity of English and Scottish.

He started his acting career debut in a 2004 film as Andrew directed by Charles Robert Carner. Later, he appeared in (2008) directed by Marc Forster including cast Daniel Craig, Olga Kurylenko, Judi Dench, and more.

In the year 2014, he got his other nomination from San Diego film critics society award for best cast and Screen actors guild award for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture for  directed by Morten Tyldum.

As of now, he is working on the role of Bill Tanner in upcoming Bond 25 (2020) which is going to be directed under Cary Joji Fukunaga alongside Rami Malek, Christoph Waltz, Daniel Craig, and more.
