• Head back out down the stairs at the end of the corridor, get Nails and Hex Socket, Head through door to the Basement East.
• Head to your left to X-Ray Room, Get Nailer, Nails, Crowbar and Morphine, head out to Generator Room
• Get Nails, head around get Valve, solve puzzle first four valves from left to right, turn on power
• Head back to Waiting Room, into Dentist Room get Morphine, Nails and Plastic Heart (Right)
• Head to Maternity Ward, open hatch, get Nails, Tape and T Handle
• Head back to Waiting Room, use T Handle on door, get to Main Hall
• Get Nails, go into Chapel
• Get Morphine go into Kitchen, then Warehouse, Get Nails and Acid
• Head out other door get Iron Door Knocker, go to Studio
• Get Tape and Shotgun Shells through into Service Area
• Light candles, get Nails and Shotgun Part A, back to Main Hall
• Get Nails and upstairs to Meeting Room
• Get Morphine then out to 2nd Floor Corridor
• Go to Library Door, use Iron Door Knocker (Slow, Fast, Fast, Fast, Slow, Slow)
• In Library get a Tape, Morphine and Nail, head out door on other side
• Into Dining Room get Thread Bolt
• Back to Main Hall, open shortcut gate, into Reception
• Get Nails, use Thread Bolt, go through door.
• Into room 2E, get Shotgun Shells, First Aid Kit and Tape
• Use elevator, block with cart, back to Reception for Thread Bolt back to elevator use in other fuse box
• Head left to Observation Room, get Shotgun Part B and Nails
• Head to Operating Room, get Shotgun Shells, Nails, kill Walker get Scalpel
• Through Anaesthesia Room, through Dressing Room to Main Hall
• Back down to Generator Room, turn off power
• Through Studio, cut open hatch to Boiler Room
• Get Shotgun Shells and First Aid Kit, through to Basement West
• Get Nails x2, Morphine and Metal Dial
• Through gate, turn off power into Morgue, get Nails head to Generator Room and turn power back on
• Back to Morgue, move fridge into Experiment Room
• Get Morphine, interact with Skeleton get VHS Tape (Experiment Room) head back to Meeting Room
• Use VHS Tape (Experiment Room), go to past, open path with skeleton (Head, Stomach, Hand, Neck, Chest, Neck)
• Use Acid on cell door, get Tape
• Back to East Wing Corridor, open door to Pharmacy (Star, Triangle, Hexagon)
• Get Lance Charge, Battery and First Aid Kit
• Head to Chapel open door to till area (Square, Triangle, Star)
• Get Tape and Shotgun Shell through other door, open till (0414) get Coin and Morphine
• Use Coin on vending machine, get Blood Bag
• Back through Main Hall to Dining Room, open door (Square, Hexagon, Pentagon)
• Get Shotgun Shells and VHS Tape (Chapel)
• Back to Room 2E, head across open door (Pentagon, Triangle, Circle)
• Go into Room 2B, into bathroom through mirror
• Get Shotgun Shells and Parchment Scroll, head out other door, get Morphine and Hammer
• Through next door, get Shotgun Shells and Mannequin Arm
• Back through mirror to Room 2C, straight through other door, interact with podium (Hands on Eyes, Hands on Ears, Hands on Mouth, Headless) use Hammer
• Get Staple Gun interact with screw on top head back to alternate Room 2B
• Use Mannequin Arm with Mannequin, use Staple Gun get Electrical Lamp
• Go to Room 2A, open gate, head back through mirror to real Room 2A
• Get Nails, First Aid Kit (Relief 4 of 5) and Electric Lance
• Head back to Main Hall, through to Service Area
• Into Laundry Room, interact with Washing Machine get Mold (Empty) and Nails
• Go into Shower Room, get Electric Lance Charge, a First Aid Kit, Floppy Disk and Shotgun Shells, unlock door
• Back to Meeting Room, use VHS Tape (Chapel) go to past
• Go to Kitchen use Mold (Filled) with freezer, head into Closet put Battery in charger, return to present
• Back into Kitchen Frozen Blood Medallion, head into Warehouse, use Floppy Disk with computer (Martha) remember write protect switch
• Head into Closet, Get charged Battery and Nails
• Head back to Library, use Battery on lift get Tape and Key Dial
• Head back to 2nd Floor Corridor, use Floppy to open door to Bedroom
• Get Morphine and Tape head straight through, meet Ghost
• Head through into Office, get Nails and WE-40
• Back to Maternity Ward, use WE-40 and Hammer on door, head through get Shotgun Shells on way to mirror
• Interact with the clock, change the date and time to 25 Dec 8:15:25 get Jade Eye
• Back to Office, use Jade Eye, solve puzzle buttons from 1-7 clockwise from the top, push: 1, 2, 6, 6, 1, 2
• Head down ladder, get Nails and ID Card, head back to Main Hall
• Down the stairs, interact with panel use ID Card, Frozen Blood Medallion and Key Dial (Check solution on main walkthrough)
• Go through Door, into Decrepit Bathroom, Tape and an Electrical Lance Charge, down the long staircase, through door to Mausoleum
• Get Electrical Lance Charge, head through, click on statues ring finger, head down ladder
• Head around to valve, lower water, get TV Dial
• Back up stairs, through arch, get Shotgun Shells, into Sewer Storage Room
• Get Morphine, use mirror, interact with TV, Start at yin-yang symbol. Flick the TV off and on again, turn the dial right 8 times, left 5 times, right 7, left 4 times get Sun Necklace.
• Back through mirror get Moon Necklace
• Back through arch, open locked door, head back to Office
• Through Office to Children's Bedroom use Eclipse Necklace, open secret room, get Fishing Hook
• Back to Office, push button, get VHS Tape (Dentist), head to Meeting Room
• Use VHS Tape (Dentist), go to Private Bathroom, cut out your Eye
• Head back to Sewers, back to vault door, use Fishing Hook (w/Eye) on one retina scanner, interact with the other one.
• Head into Bunker, get Nails use Padlock with machine, head down hatch.
• Get Electrical Lance Charge, head into Bunker 1A, get Pipe Cap, head out other door
• Head left into safe room, get Pipe Cap, down Bunker Stairs to Bunker 3B
• Get Shotgun Shells and Pipe Cap, head through door behind Hammers
• Head up into prison, get Shotgun Shells, an Electrical Lance Charge and Gas Canister, head back out
• Straight through to Bunker 3A
• Get First Aid Kit and Nails, go through to Bunker Stairs, open gate, up to Bunker 1-2B
• Solve puzzle (see picture on main walkthrough), use Gas Canister.
• Head all the way back down stairs, Use Gas Canister with generator, pull cord three times
• Follow linear path to kill Four Hammers, get Cross Key, Shotgun Shell, an Electric Lance Charge and Morphine
• Use Cross Key on stairs, follow path, defeat end boss
• Follow path back to exit, use Cross Key
