The Origin Story

Amaury was born in 1991 on the 15th of March to parents Phil and Mary Anne.

His parents always supported his dreams and encouraged him to go after them.

Guichon spent most of his formative years growing up in the picturesque Haute-Savoie region of France, but he currently resides in Las Vegas.

Amaury doesn’t share much about his early life, but we know he trained in France and got his first executive chef role at 21, which is very young to be having this sort of success in the food industry.

In February 2023, Guichon was selected as a judge by ‘MasterChef: Dessert Masters. “I feel very honored to have been chosen,” he said.
