A smart and hard-working kid, Elliot was eager to take advantage of opportunities and soaked up knowledge like a sponge.
He attended Carmel High School, a public high school in Carmel, Indiana.

The public high school provided Elliot with the opportunity to join Orchestra—he was the Orchestra Council president—Symphony Orchestra, TechHounds Robotics, and DECA—a club that fosters business development and leadership in students.
Choy did well in school and was accepted into Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
He went there with the same hunger with which he tackled high school.
Not content to just go for his Bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development, he also doubled down on business studies, became vice president of his local fraternity chapter, sat on the Vanderbilt Innovation and Entrepreneurship Society Board, and joined the Asian American Student Association.
Elliot Choy speaks both English and Korean, and he’s currently enjoying the single student life.
