How much does Jeff Bezos make a second?
Introduction
The world that we live in is a deeply unequal one.
Some people work three jobs, struggling to get by, while their boss sits on the board, offering a fraction of the effort for a massive disparity in pay.
The era of the billionaire has been around for some time, but today, it feels more egregious than ever before.
That is why, when it comes to big-name moneymakers, we know more about these people than ever.
From the likes of Elon Musk to Jeff Bezos, these billionaires are now some of the most well-known faces in society.
While in the past, billionaires would often be shadowy figures who you could not pick out of a line-up, now they are celebrities.
This has increased people’s tolerance of such massive wealth disparity, as they see a more human side to these people.
It also makes us more interested in just how rich they are.

He has been involved in Amazon since its foundation since he founded the company.

From 2017 to 2021, he was the richest man in the world and still hangs close to those at the very top of the table.
The two people who are ahead of Bezos are Elon Musk and Bernard Arnault and his family. Only six people in the world – the tree above, Larry Ellison, Warren Buffett, and Bill Gates – have a net worth exceeding $100bn.
An Albuquerque native who grew up in Texas and Florida, Bezos holds electrical engineering and computer science degrees.
He worked his way up the ladder until he founded Amazon in 1994.
Since then, he has turned the company into one of the most prominent businesses in the world – try as you may, you probably use Amazon regularly.
Alongside Amazon, he is involved in programs like Blue Origin, his sub-orbital spaceflight firm, and other investments via his group Bezos Expeditions.
