Carlos Alcaraz was born on the 5 May 2003 in El Palmar, Murcia, Spain to Carlos Alcaraz Gonzalez and Virginia Garfia and he has 3 siblings: Alvaro, Sergio, and Jaime. Alcaraz started playing tennis when he was only 4 years old and he was deeply inspired to take up tennis after seeing his father, who used to be a decent player back in his days.

However, there is not much information about Alcaraz’s mother Virginia Garfia. As per the information available, she married her husband Carlos Alcaraz Gonzalez in her 20s while living in Spain.
