After TikTok declared the return of the twee, Tumblr-girl aesthetic earlier this year, street style has been brimming with nostalgia. But Zoë Kravitz, who doesn’t typically follow viral trends, has always dabbled with old-school preppy style in her own way. Her most recent look is both smart and effortlessly cool.

Spotted out on the streets of New York City, the 33-year-old actor wore a white T-shirt with an oversized blue button-up shirt over the top, gray shorts, white socks, and a pair of tasseled loafers. Kravitz topped it all off with black oval shades, a black shoulder zip-up bag, and gold drop earrings.
