Tyler James Williams is an American actor best known for his roles in the television series "Everybody Hates Chris" and "Go On". As an active advocate for LGBTQ rights, Williams was the first black actor to play an openly gay series regular in a major TV role. He has also made guest appearances on various popular television shows such as "Gotham" and "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit".
