Professional Background
Dr. Aripoli is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center and director of resident education for the Division of Breast Imaging. She specializes in breast imaging, including screening mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast biopsy procedures.
Dr. Aripoli received her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and proceeded to complete a Breast Imaging fellowship at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Her research interests include internal mammary adenopathy in breast cancer patients and patient adherence to imaging follow-up recommendations. She is passionate about resident/fellow education and mentors learners through research studies, academic writing, presentations, and other scholarly efforts.
