Ever since the shield debut in 2002, Son of the Beach, and other series that came before it, FX and the sister Network FXX have become the biggest voices in the streaming world. Ryan Murphy (Politician 2), Noah Hawley (Fargo), Donald Glover, and Pamela Adlon (Better Things) have cultivated quite a lot of talent just by being the network’s showrunners. Greatness is being added to the list with the recently bought project Piety. Piety is a crime drama that portrays the dominant cult in West America. Written by Wes Brown, the producer of Preacher (The AMC show), the show is expected to follow FX house style by adding to the list of the most successful crime dramas.

Piety Season 1 Release Date: When can we expect it?

A release date for the upcoming tv series is yet to be confirmed by both the creators and the official streaming Channel. The show was recently bought from Wes Brown, the show’s creator, and most likely, the series is still in development.

We are also yet to be informed on how many episodes the series will have, their run time, or if the series will be released simultaneously or in bits. All is there is that the series will be streaming on FX; therefore, you will have to subscribe to FX on your local tv provider. If the series finishes filming in time, we expect it to debut sometime this year or maybe in 2023.

Piety Season 1 Cast: Who’s on board?

Piety Season 1 is written by Noah Hawley and Wes Brown, famous for writing and producing Preacher. Hawley, the top showrunner of FXs dramas, has worked on many dramas, including Frago, the award-winning anthology series, and ad Legion. So far, the series casting is yet to be confirmed, but we expect the series to feature reputable casts. Piety has the same genre as Preacher, and we may expect some of the casts featured in the latter to act in this series. When time is due or scripting is done, we hope for an outline of the faces that will grace our screens once production is over.
