American professional basketball player Trent Forrest plays for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the College Park Skyhawks of the NBA G League under a two-way deal. He represented the Florida State Seminoles in collegiate basketball. He scored 26 points in the state championship game against Paxton High School as a senior to help Chipley win.

Forrest competed in amateur athletic union matches for the Georgia Stars and Alabama Challenge. He was one of the top 50 students in his high school graduating class. Forrest joined the Utah Jazz on a two-way contract after going undrafted in the 2020 NBA draught. He would alternate between the Jazz and the Salt Lake City Stars, the Jazz’s NBA G League affiliate. Forrest and the Atlanta Hawks agreed to a two-way contract on August 8, 2022.

Trent Forrest Parents and Family

Trent was born on 12 June 1998 in Dothan, Alabama, United States to parents Barbara Lee and Lester Forrest. In Chipola Junior College, both his mother and father were basketball players. Forrest played the drums at the church, and his mother serves as the pastor of the All Things New Worship Center. His father founded the community’s youth basketball programme and currently oversees Gilmore Park for Chipley’s recreation department.

He is not the only child in the family as he has an older brother named Trey. Trey also plays basketball.
