The release of Deadpool and Wolverine, the newly minted Marvel movie (it was formally known as Deadpool 3), is only five months away from arriving in theaters. And, we don't know about you, but we're incredibly excited for it.
Our hype levels have been sent through the roof recently, too. Not only has Marvel chief Kevin Feige revealed Deadpool 3's logo in the only way he knows how, the superhero film's first trailer was made its grand debut during Super Bowl 2024. Deadpool and Wolverine release date
Deadpool and Wolverine will talk its way into theaters worldwide on Friday, July 26, although it'll arrive a day earlier (Thursday, July 25) in the UK.
When Marvel delayed multiple MCU movies in June 2023 due to the Hollywood writers' strike, Deadpool 3 was the only one whose at-the-time May 3 release wasn't changed. However, when the actors' strike began in July, filming ground to a halt and led to another release date revision.
With the actors' strike ending in November 2023, principal photography restarted just days later, before officially wrapping on January 24. Deadpool and Wolverine, then, should meet its current release date, even with a potentially protracted post-production phase.

Deadpool and Wolverine's first trailer was finally unveiled on February 12. Revealed during Super Bowl LVIII, it teased aspects of Deadpool 3's plot without giving its biggest secrets and/or cameos away.
