An integral part of the Sims since its first release is cheats. Need more money? No problem. Want to move furniture somewhere else? Cool, you can. Here's all the Sims 4 cheats you need to know.

The Sims 4 lets you create your own character and thrust them into a world that you can change whenever you feel like it. You have immense control over all aspects of the life of your Sim including their relationships, career and traits. However, a lot of the game requires time and patience.

How To Use Cheats In The Sims 4

To be able to use cheats on PC, you must be in the game. Press "Ctrl + Shift + C" at the same time to bring up the text box at the top of the screen.

If you are using Playstation or Xbox, press all four shoulder buttons at the same time. This is where you can type in any of the cheats listed below.

Sims 4 Cheats For Money

Note: to use these cheats in the game, you'll need to type testingcheats true into the dialogue box and hit enter. Then you can continue to put in the following cheats.

• Kaching
  • Gives you 1,000 Simoleons
    
• Rosebud
  • Gives you 1,000 Simoleons
    
• Motherlode
  • Gives you 50,000 Simoleons
    
• Money [NUMBER]
  • This will change your household funds into whatever number you put as x. For example, if we typed in "Money 125000" the household funds would turn into 125,000 Simoleons.
    
• FreeRealEstate On
  • This will make all lots in the neighbourhood free. You can move into any lot without paying for it.
