How do you draw a scared surprised face?

To draw a shocked face, raise the eyebrows higher than their natural position, widen the eyes, and make the irises smaller for dramatic effect. Draw the character’s mouth open as if yelling. A good idea would be to stand in front of a mirror and make a shocked face yourself.
